House rules

1. Arrival and Departure Check-in: from 2:00 PM, Check-out: until 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times so that we can prepare the cottage for other guests.
2. Use of the cottage and equipment Use all appliances and equipment in accordance with their intended purpose. Please treat furniture, appliances and other equipment with care. After
Wash the dishes after use and return them to their original place.
3. Silence and respect for the surroundings Nighttime silence applies from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Respect nature and the residents of the village - do not throw garbage into the forest and do not create unnecessary noise.
4. Fire, smoking and safety Only light fires in designated areas. After grilling or using the fireplace, make sure the fire is completely extinguished. Smoking inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
5.Pets Pets are welcome, but please be mindful of their behavior and cleanliness. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
6. Cleaning and waste Keep the cottage clean and tidy. You can leave the waste in front of the front door after your stay. Please take away the things you brought (including the contents of the refrigerator).
7. Liability for Damage Guests are required to report any damage to the property. Any damage caused may result in a charge.
8. Wellness and sauna The sauna and wellness are intended for accommodated guests only. A shower is mandatory before entering the sauna. After using the equipment, please turn it off and return it to its original condition. Children may use the wellness area only under adult supervision.
9. Things to do before leaving Turn off the water taps. Turn off appliances and lights. Close the windows and lock the doors. A separate fee is charged for losing a key.
10. Landlord's rights The landlord or a person authorized by him may enter the property during the rental period for the following reasons: necessary repairs or maintenance, an emergency situation, or a suspected violation of house rules.
